[Self Collection Point] How to choose Self Collection Point as a Shipping Option?

Effective 9th July 2024, Self Collection Point may be unavailable for certain buyers with 2 or more uncollected parcels within the last 30 days:
Effective 9th July 2024, Self Collection Point may be unavailable for certain buyers with 2 or more uncollected parcels within the last 30 days:
- If the Self Collection Point shipping option is unavailable due to uncollected parcels, it will become accessible after 14 days.
- However, if you have uncollected parcels again after being reactivated from the above, the Self Collection Point shipping option will remain unavailable for another 14 days.

Follow these steps to choose Self Collection Point as a Shipping Option:
Step 1: Click on the Shipping Option at the Checkout page
Step 2: Select Self Collection Point
Step 3: Select from displayed Self Collection Points
Step 4: OR, Click on + Add Collection Point
Step 5: Search the Area or Postcode to view available collection points
Step 6: Click on your desired Self Collection Point
Step 7: Click on CONFIRM
Step 8: Click on Edit
Step 9: Enter the Recipient’s Name and Phone Number
Step 10: Click on Save
Step 11: Click on CONFIRM
⚠️ Note:
- Once your order has been processed by the seller, you may not change your Self Collection Point. Cancellations will follow standard Shopee cancellations. Learn how to cancel an order.
- Paying Cash upon collection is currently unavailable.
